The Congress is a part of the Harvian Islands government. It is a chamber consisting of 75 members that votes on proposals made by the much more important Estates, composed of representatives chosen directly by the Harvian people. The Congress only meets to vote on proposals and can adjust unconstitutional mistakes in law proposals, but has no other powers and therefore it is regarded as of minor interest for the Harvian politics.
