Worth is the state capital of the Southern Territories. It is by far the largest town of the state. Almost half of the state population lives in the Worth metropolitan area. Most facilities are situated in the town, and all main roads pass through the it.

The town is renowned for its cakes and superb cuisine. Local attractions include the statue of Thom Bross and the walled garden of the Doetinchem Mansion, the oldest building in town.
